Insoluble in water but dissolves in alcohol and organic solvents, forming fast-drying, glossy, durable, and adhesive films with elasticity and protective effects (waterproof, moisture-proof, rust-resistant, and anti-corrosive).
Resistant to UV light.
Strong adhesion in alkaline solution.
Resistant to hydrocarbons such as gasoline (oil-proof).
A good electrical insulator with low thermal expansion.
